I
really enjoyed this book! That sounds like i was surprised by that.
I'm not i actually love Chelle Bliss but i had been in a bit of a book
hangover and wasn't getting into much at all. This changed it.
This is the story Kennedy and Nix.
Kennedy
is a new undercover operative for an intelligence agency. She's
determined to do the job to the best of her ability. She's sent
undercover into a seedy underground bar. She has a mark she's trying to
get info from and during her encounters she meets Nix.
Nix
is a criminal. He's a computer hacker who can get into any system he
wants. He keeps himself under the radar stealing millions from the
rich. When he meets Kennedy he's instantly taken with her. He knows
she has secrets but he can't keep away from her. There's a huge spark
between them.
He knows she's dangerous to him. She knows he's dangerous to her but they can't keep away from each other.
I actually devoured this book. It flowed so easily time just disappeared and i read it in no time.
The
story is quite exciting you're worried she's gonna get caught snooping
and you're worried she's gonna catch him. Its cat and mouse all the way
through.
I
loved Kennedy she's almost as badass as Nix. She uses everything she
has to get her job done. She's definitely no victim heroine. She
fights and talks her way out of anything.
Nix,
oooohhhh mmmyyyy goodness! He's hot! Dark and mysterious, quiet and
humble, sexy as sin itself! Boy does he set fire to those sheets and and
with the palm of his hand he can punish me any time!
The chemistry between the two was smoking from the start!
I also loved the supporting characters. I'm hoping Wolf gets his own book at some point!
The
plot has some twists but not so many you get confused by whats going
on. It has just the right amount to keep you flipping the pages.
I can actually see myself re-reading this time and time again. Highly enjoyable and i would recommend it to anyone!
