Every time I read this book, I love it more than the last. This is one of those books that will forever change your perspective. It's one of those books that you won't be able to stop thinking about. Tainted by Love is a book that will leave your heart split wide open while you sob and yet leave you with an unexpected happiness that you will feel down to the depths of your soul.
Trinity had her life upended when she least expected it. Life is never fair but for Trinity, that fact was never more apparent than when life as she knew it went up in flames. Yet when she least expected it, Hendrix saw her. He saw through her facade and pushed her to her limits and made her open herself up to the possibility of more when more was just wishful thinking.
Hendrix didn't do commitment aside from working toward owning his own garage. Yet the very first moment he comes face to face with Trinity, he knows he's found something special. Something that made him think twice about the life he thought he was living. She may be a tough nut to crack but Hendrix is nothing if he's not determined.
